Who we are
Pater Arthuri is operated by PATER ARTHURI LTD, company number 17463438. We are responsible for your personal information (the data controller).
Registered office: 23 Angel Close, Watton, Thetford, IP25 6WW, United Kingdom.
Contact: ross@paterarthuri.com.
What we collect
When you join the Founder List, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We keep a record of your signup, including when and how you joined and the wording shown at the time. If you contact us, we also keep your message and our correspondence. Our website and email providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as connection and delivery logs.
Why we use your information
With your consent, we send Founder List emails about development, prototypes, the Founder Circle and access to the first collection. Joining is free and does not commit you to buying or reserving a watch. Your email address is needed to send these emails; your first name is optional.
We use our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, administer the list, keep necessary consent and unsubscribe records, and protect our services, taking account of your rights. We also use information where necessary to meet a legal obligation. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Unsubscribe at any time
Use the unsubscribe link in any Founder List email, reply asking to unsubscribe, or email ross@paterarthuri.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. We will stop marketing emails promptly. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of our earlier use of your information. We may keep a minimal record of your email address and unsubscribe request to make sure we do not contact you again by mistake.
Who receives your information
We use Framer to host the website, Zoho Campaigns to process Founder List signups, confirm subscriptions, manage unsubscribe records and send emails, and Zoho Mail to manage email correspondence. We maintain an administrative subscriber and consent register. Access is limited to people who need it to run the project. We do not sell your information or share it for another organisation’s own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Their published data protection terms describe the applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum where required. You can contact us for more information or copies of relevant safeguards. Framer’s data processing terms are at framer.com/legal/data-processing-addendum; Zoho’s UK privacy information is at zoho.com/en-uk/privacy.html.
How long we keep information
We keep active subscriber information while you want to receive updates and it remains necessary for the project. We review subscriber information, enquiries and consent records at least once a year and delete or anonymise information no longer needed. We also review it sooner if the project ends or its purpose changes. Unsubscribe requests are dealt with promptly, rather than waiting for the annual review. Necessary consent evidence and suppression records may be retained longer to demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes and honour your preferences; these are also reviewed annually.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time. To exercise your rights, contact ross@paterarthuri.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Website analytics and cookies
Framer’s built-in analytics uses aggregated statistics without cookies or persistent identifiers. Any additional non-essential tracking or embedded services will be assessed before being introduced, with this notice updated and consent requested where required.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if our practices change. If we need consent for a new use of your information, we will ask for it before that use begins.
